There is something that we can do by banding together as a group.  Please join us in supporting Haiti with our newest challenge: FIT 4 A CAUSE ~ Haiti.

On Monday January 18 and Tuesday January 19 we will hold special FIT 4 A CAUSE~ Haiti workouts to benefit those suffering from the disaster in Haiti.  FIT 4 MOMS will make a $5 cash donation for each person in attendance.  You must participate in class for us to make the donation.  The more people we have at the workouts the more money we will raise.  Sara and Kristen have offered to donate their services at these classes. 

The FIT 4 CAUSE ~ Haiti donation will be contributed to ChildFund, a Richmond based group working with first responders in Haiti to meet the needs of the most vulnerable children affected by the earthquake.   Our cash contribution can make a big impact for these children.  Before the earthquake the average person in Haiti lived on $1 a day and as the country struggles to recover every dollar will help rebuild from the devastation.  We also know that the cash contribution will allow aid workers in Haiti to meet the most urgent needs of the victims – a cash donation is the best possible help, regardless of the size.

Monday, 1/18 at Trinity Presbyterian Church at 7:00am - 8:00am  (no sitter)

Monday, 1/18 at Trinity Presbyterian Church at 9:00am-10:00am   (Sara will be there for our children)

Tuesday, 1/19 at Falls Church gym at 9:45-10:45am (Sara will be there for our children)
