Dear Sheila,
Having moved to Belgium three months
ago, I am greatly missing your classes. I've looked around at places here and
have yet to find something on par with what you could pack into one hour. The
closest thing I have found is a sort of "bootcamp" here. And everything
here is much more expensive due to the euro, but I'm thankful for what I
can get and at the same time I appreciate more what I had in the States. So
thank you for providing something that's affordable and challenging and that
also takes the needs & concerns of moms (like childcare) into account!

Tell everyone at the 6am class that I miss working out with them!

"I wanted to tell you how much I like the new class
format. The
original tabata with the 8x the same drill often created
discomfort because I got sloppy by round 4 or
just really couldn't do squats for that long.
This new method of 4 drills put together and then
repeated on the
opposite side is great.
I really feel focused on the drill, knowing I
can push myself through 45 seconds. The 10 second countdown is also a
great way to make me give just a little bit more. And I like how you
switch what we are working -one side, then core, and the
up/down in
one set so there is muscle fatigue but not so much that

"...so, I thought that I would let you know that my obliques hurt so badly today from yesterday. Yesterday's workout was tough! FYI- this is the longest amount of time I have ever CONSISTENTLY kept up working out and kept the weight off. I'm usually a couple months on, a couple months off and my weight has been just as bad. It's been a year since I started your class and this summer I was still so excited about it. I really kept it up in Maine and did so well I've gained a bit back (and am not hungry.)
